Terms and Conditions for Special Offers via the Website.
We will at different times offer products either at a discount or coupled with additional free product. All of these offers will be made available to all purchasers worldwide unless licensing arrangements or foreign law prohibit the selling of any specific product or range of products outside of the UK. Where stocks are limited or the product is damaged in some way this will be made known to prospective purchasers. Prices.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate of 17.5%. Please note the prices quoted do not include shipping charges. Please see the section Shipping Charges . These charges may be altered.
Corinthian Marketing Plc Guarantee.
We guarantee that everything we sell should be in a collectible condition. Should you encounter figurines or packaging that falls outside of a collectible standard, we will either exchange the goods free of charge or refund all payments made on the goods. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

It is important that when you place an order that you state your full name and postal address and membership number (if applicable) and that you ensure that the correct payment is enclosed (if sending by post).All payments to be made to Corinthian. Please do not send cash as we cannot be held responsible for its safe arrival.
Payment for on-line orders.
Please note that, once you have placed your order and entered your payment details, the payment will be processed immediately. This will secure your stock and your order will be delivered within the 28 day lead time stated below.
On-Line Orders.
Please note that once an order has been completed via the on-line shop, we are unable to amend the order, i.e we cannot add or delete a product from the order, or change the delivery address. If you wish to amend the order it is necessary to request that the order is cancelled and refunded, and for the customer to place the order again.

Delivery Times .
We are actively trying to improve our delivery times and our ability to respond to our customers needs. However, in busy periods we do quote our longest dispatch times. Below we have listed the longest dispatch times that all orders would fall into.
- Internet Orders, Telephone Orders, Postal Orders and orders placed via e-mail and Fax -28 working days.

Returns Policy
At Corinthian we are delighted every time that you shop with us. Occasionally, goods maybe received by our customers faulty or damaged, or you may decide that you want to return items that you have received. Please follow the instructions below.
Items that you may wish to return to Corinthian that are not faulty.
If you receive goods that you have ordered and received, but no longer wish to keep them, they can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive them in the original condition that they were dispatched and are returned within 14 working days from receipt of the items. Please note: Any postage and packing charges incurred by you in sending the original package will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items that you wish to return to Corinthian that are faulty.
If you receive goods that are faulty in any way then these will be exchanged or a full refund will be offered. Please inform us either by telephone, e-mail, fax or post of your intention to send any items back to Corinthian. Standard Royal Mail postage charges incurred by you will be refunded or a figurine priced at £2.50p will be offered as compensation. Please state clearly whether you prefer a refund or a figurine of your choice. All returns will be dealt with within 72 hours but we reserve the right to extend this period in exceptionally busy times.
To return an item to Corinthian.
When you return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, your full name and address and the order number (if any) from which the items were received . Please wrap the package securely and then send to the address below. In the case of a faulty item please follow the same procedure. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights
Cancelling an item.
You are able to cancel any order placed with Corinthian as long as we receive confirmation verbally or in writing within 3 working days of the original order being placed. In the event that you should receive unwanted items please follow the procedure set out in “items that you wish to return to Corinthian that are not faulty”. If you receive items after you have cancelled the order, a full refund will be given along with any additional standard Royal Mail postage charges that you may have incurred in sending the package back to us. |
